Sitio do Lago is a 100 year old estate set in a peaceful and secluded valley in the foothills of the Serra de Caldeirao, around 30 minutes drive from Faro Airport. It covers 2 hectares and has a mixture of mature native trees such as ancient olives, carobs and holm oaks providing many shady areas to unwind in. With no light pollution in the area you can stargaze and enjoy galaxy and the shooting stars
There are two apartments available, Coruja and Alfarroba. Each measures 40 m² and has separate covered decking areas with outdoor furniture to relax in the shade. The apartments are set up for two to four people and consist of a living room with a double sofabed, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchenette. The units are well insulated with double glazing, aircon/heating and the whole estate is covered by high speed wifi. There is a large spring fed lake ideal for swimming and kayaking, plus a swimming poll of 8x3m. There are many areas to relax, read, dine and barbeque.
